Conference Room
A large room with double doors located on the north side of the mansion, it has a fireplace and a large conference table that seats 20. This room looks out on to the verandah, tennis court and gardens. This room offers only board room seating.
Unlimited coffee and refreshments.

Principal Rooms
This describes all the other rooms on the main floor, large formal living room with two fireplaces, it offers partial privacy in the way of drapes pulled across the archways. A large medieval type "Great Hall" with oak ceiling and large fireplace for informal gatherings. And last but not least, a round conservatory, bright and sunny with a view of the Niagara River. These rooms are offered for more informal meetings.

All rooms may be booked exclusively for the use of one individual group, allowing the freedom to use any part of the house (including the verandah and gardens). Overnight accommodations are available for longer stay's which include breakfast.

Note:

- Prices subject to 12% tax, based on double occupancy.

-Antique beds are showcased courtesy of Queenston Antiques, as a result beds may change in the rooms.

-Views of the Niagara River are restricted some what by summer foliage.

-The Grand Victorian is a smoke free environment, smoking is permitted on the verandah
